Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods
We currently use the Royal Mail for both UK and overseas deliveries. Please note this is not an express courier service and so we have no control of actual delivery times. The time of the year (eg. Christmas), industrial action and even the weather can delay the delivery of your order. We at Brock Models can accept no responsibility for the late delivery of orders or any consequences arising from it. You will receive an email on the day your order has been sent (please ensure you're email address is up to date).

UK Deliveries
Orders over £30 will be posted free - normally via Royal Mail 2nd class. Orders under £30 will have £1 added to the order total to cover the cost of postage and packaging.

We aim to get your order dispached as per the schedule below :-

Please note. There are times when the stated dispatch times above cannot be met. These are usually outside of our control. Please accept our appolgy when this happens.

International Deliveries
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and size and weight of the package. In ALL cases, parcels will require a signature on delivery. The extra cost for this service is included in the stated shipping cost at checkout (currently £3.30). Most international parcels will be delivered within 5-10 days.

Returns
If your product develops a fault within 28 days of purchase we will exchange it for equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse of the goods nor for fair were and tear. In the event of a fault occurring any number of days after purchase please contact us with your purchase details and we will do our best to satisfy your problem quickly. If you are unhappy about the quality of the item you have bought, you may return it to us within 28 days for a full refund. If you return it to us by post, unopened in its original condition, within 28 days, we will issue a full refund for the price of the item.

Before making any returns please contact us first so that we may be made aware of the issue and acknowledge the return. Use the "Contact Us" form for this.

We will not replace products which do not work properly because they have been used or stored incorrectly or have been damaged after you bought them. You are responsible for getting goods back to us in good condition. Brock Models will not be held responsible for damages caused to any goods caused during their return.
